His professional journey in the F&B Industry took him from his home country Germany all the way to South East Asia. Now based in Singapore he is passionate about all things Culinary Arts, from food and cooking to industry trends and education.

Lubna Ali

Director of Marketing and Development - Africa & Middle East

Lubna has been a member of the Swiss Education Group for almost 11 years and today is responsible for marketing & recruitment across the Middle East, North Africa and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). She is fully updated with the programs, admissions procedures and scholarship opportunities at SEG. As a hospitality management graduate herself (an alumna of César Ritz Colleges) with extensive working experience in 5-star hotels, Lubna has a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and is a firm believer of personalized service.

Jerome Loup

Chef Instructor

Chef Jerome Loup turned his passion for cooking into a career in 2003. After a 3 years training in a Michelin star restaurant he received the Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency as a Chef. After gaining more work experience in different restaurants Chef Jerome discovered his other passion for teaching and obtained the Federal Corporate Trainer Certificate for apprentices in 2013. He held two head-chef positions and specialized himself in event and catering management before joining the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland in 2017.
