Chef Fotios Kefalakis comes from a family with a culinary background, growing up in a pastry factory with eight pastry shops owned by his uncle. In 1996 he obtained his pastry diploma and combined this with his passion for traveling, working in Australia, USA, UK and Greece. Gathering 17 years of experience working as a pastry chef in five stars hotels, fine dining restaurants, pastry shops and seven stars cruise ships, he only had one thing left to do; to share his knowledge and teach his skills to others passionate in pastry and chocolate arts. Chef Fotios is currently working as a Chef Instructor at the Lucerne Campus of Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland. His passion and excellence covers all items from pastry to chocolate arts and printing 3D moulds.
Christian Schiering’s professional journey in the Food and Beverage Industry took him from his home country Germany to South-East Asia. Now based in Singapore, he is passionate about culinary arts, from food and cooking to industry trends and education.
