Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts

Clock up over 600 kitchen hours (including 3 modules delivered in collaboration with Ritz Paris) with our dual bachelor degree, jointly awarded by University of Derby (U.K.) ​


Master of International Business in Culinary Management

Benefit from multiple field trips and guest speakers over 2 years, including 2 one-week field trips to the Ritz Escoffier culinary school in Paris as well as 2 internships 


Specialisation in Swiss Pastry & Chocolate Arts

Choose from 2 to 4 terms mastering the art of Swiss pastry and chocolate at our Lucerne campus, including a 4 to 6-month internship to perfect your skills in this delicious specialisation.
