Open Day at Lucerne Campus

  • Swiss Grand Diploma in Pastry & Chocolate Arts
From 9:00 to 14:00 City of Lucerne in the German speaking part of Switzerland
       

Open Day at Le Bouveret Campus

  • Swiss Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • Swiss Grand Diploma in Vegeterian Culinary Arts
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts (3 pathways)
  • Master's degree in Culinary Business Management
From 8:00 to 14:00 Le Bouveret village by Lake Geneva in the French speaking part of Switzerland

 

Conditions of Participation

  1. Registration for the Open Days is mandatory through our online Registration Form. The registration deadline is 1 week prior to the event.   
  2. The minimum age for potential students to participate is 16 years. We allow a maximum of 3 guests per party (1 candidate plus 1-2 family members).
  3. We recommend you arrive in Montreux or Lucerne the day before the Open Day. Accommodation can be reserved on one of our campuses or in a hotel at a preferential price.
  4. Transportation can be provided between Montreux and Le Bouveret. However, you must organize your own transportation from the airport (Geneva or Zürich) to Montreux or Lucerne.
