The bachelor's and master’s degrees at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland are awarded in partnership with the University of Derby, UK. The University of Derby is a Top 50 UK federally recognized university and provides students with the best possible start in their careers through excellent teaching, delivered in cutting-edge facilities by staff who are experts in their field. The University of Derby is rated ‘gold’ in the ‘teaching excellence framework’ and is in the top 10 in the world for international student experience (Global ISB benchmark 2018).

Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland Bachelor and Master programs are certified by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). Their TedQual certification facilitates the continual improvement of tourism education. It evaluates five key areas: curriculum coherence, infrastructure, administrative management, faculty selection and development, and the program's relevance to the tourism sector. This certification benefits students by offering opportunities to participate in UN projects, internships, mentoring programs, and access to the UN Tourism Database. For schools, it incorporates UN sustainable goals into the curriculum, provides networking opportunities, recognition by the UN community, and access to valuable data and research projects.

Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland has received the “Recognition of Quality Culinary Education” by World Chefs Global Education Network, an alliance of more than 105 education partners and training programs worldwide. Encompassing over 50,000 hospitality educators, students, and alumni, the network is united by a shared commitment to empowering the next generation of industry leaders.

Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland is a member of THE-ICE, the leading international accreditation organization dedicated to the recognition, benchmarking, development, and promotion of quality programs in tourism, hospitality, events, culinary arts, training, and research.

Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland is certified by EduQua, a Swiss quality label that ensures the quality of educational institutions by setting minimum standards and supporting quality improvements in its certified institutions. 

Le Bouveret campus has made significant strides towards becoming sustainable, leading it to be certified by Green Globe. We aim to be a driver for change in sustainable management, social, environmental, and economic factors, and in cultural heritage. Students learn how to develop sustainable practices for their hotel or tourism destination, and discover the steps needed to receive a Green Globe Certification.
