Our Direct Entry program allows the transfer of your existing credits from a compatible vocational or university course toward a degree at CAAS. By transferring to our school, you may even shorten your time at university and leave with two diplomas that are highly regarded in restaurants worldwide – getting you closer to the career you want.
How to apply
To apply for a direct entry and credit transfer to your program of choice, you’ll need:
- Curriculum Vitae

Your CV should highlight your academic achievements, work experience, and other relevant information.
- Transcripts

Your transcripts provide us with a record of your academic achievements in previous courses or degrees.
- Course Syllabus

Your course syllabus should provide a detailed overview of the courses you have completed, including the topics covered and the assignments completed.
- Professional Experience (not mandatory)

If you have any relevant professional experience in the hospitality industry, it should be noted in your CV. Additional documentation, if applicable, can be included with your application.
