Delivered in our state-of-the-art city campus facilities in the heart of Lucerne, this comprehensive program caters to anyone interested in learning about pastry and chocolate arts. This 3-step program may be taken as individual building blocks of 11 weeks each or as a Swiss Grand Diploma over 33 weeks.

  • Entry requirements
    • Successful achievement of secondary education (GCE O-Level or IGCSE)
    • IELTS score of 5.0 or TOEFL iBT 46 or OOPT 50+ equivalent. If you don't have the required language level, you can improve your language and study skills with our English Foundation Program. Please note that if you require a visa, Swiss authorities need to be provided with a valid TOEFL or IELTS score (not older than one year).
