Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland proudly celebrates 20 years of passion, creativity, and excellence in culinary education. 
 

Recognized as a world-leading culinary school—and the number one culinary school in Switzerland, through the international distinctions of the QS World University Rankings and the World Culinary Awards—Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland has become the gold standard for chefs looking to excel in gastronomy.

To mark this anniversary, a year of celebrations, masterclasses, and exclusive culinary experiences will take place both in Switzerland and internationally, bringing together students, alumni, partners, and friends of Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.

The festivities commence this weekend, 4–5 October, during our Welcome Weekend.

Then, on 15 October, we welcome Michelin-starred Chef Deepanker Khosla from India for a special day of inspiration and creativity. Chef Khosla will lead exclusive masterclasses for Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland students, sharing his techniques, philosophy, and vision of modern Indian cuisine. In the evening, he will host a VIP dinner experience, celebrating the artistry of Neo-Indian gastronomy.

Internationally acclaimed for his pioneering work at Haoma, Bangkok’s first urban farm restaurant, Chef Khosla is recognised for his commitment to sustainability and community service. His Neo-Indian creations have earned him both a Michelin Star and the Champions of Change award from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

For two decades, Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland has welcomed students from more than 60 nationalities to its campus, perched on the shore of Lake Geneva, preparing graduates to excel in gastronomy, hospitality, and beyond. And in 2026, we will host an alumni reunion like no other to continue the celebration.
