Mealworm Sablé Cookies

Ingredients:

400 g

Butter (soft)

175 g

Icing sugar

2 g

Salt

1 pc

Orange zest

1 pc

Lemon zest

435 g

White flour

90 g

Powdered mealworms

Method:

  1. Cream together the soft butter, icing sugar, salt and zests
  2. Add the powdered mealworms and the flour and mix gently until the texture becomes smooth
  3. Shape in small wheels of about 3-4cm diameter and place on a baking sheet
  4. Bake in dry oven at 145°C for about 25minutes or until golden brown
